The Sakurae Factory is affiliated with Mazda Motor Corporation and serves as an important production base for Mazda auto body parts. We completed automation of Large Press Lines B and C in 2004, newly installed Large Press Line D in May 2007, introduced an 800-ton servo press, and recently began manufacturing ultra-high tensile strength steel sheet products.
Furthermore, we are engaged in J-ABC cooperative improvement program efforts together with Mazda in pursuit of world-leading, superior cost performance. In addition, we own a multipurpose sports facility right next to the Sakurae Factory where employees can enjoy softball, tennis and more, and the factory is surrounded by the natural beauty of the sea, mountains and rivers, creating an environment in which employees can work with vigor.
